We started AccessMyPhone to make phone checks simple, reliable and easy for everyone.
We know how frustrating it can be when your phone doesn’t work as it should — whether it’s locked, you’ve forgotten an old account, or you’ve just bought it second-hand and it won’t take your SIM.
Most of the help out there is written for technicians. Ours isn’t. We look up what’s actually on record for your phone, then explain it in plain English: what’s wrong, whether it can be fixed, and what that involves.
We’re independent. We aren’t part of Apple, Google, Samsung or any mobile network, and we only help people who are entitled to use the phone in front of them.
